Geraldo Almeida didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ciccio Stella went, in the 4th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. When Sconvols United's Francesco Di Sante in the 7th minute got a chance for a shot 7th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye TRAKINAS FC's goalie prevented a goal. Renatinho Peres sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Sconvols United's Damiano Rosato proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 16th minute of the match, managed to save Sconvols United from getting a goal against them. After 19 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for TRAKINAS FC! In the 21st minute there was a penalty for Sconvols United. Francesco Di Sante stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Geraldo Almeida. 0-2. In the 24th minute Ciccio Stella shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Geraldo Almeida saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 26 minutes into the game, Sconvols United's Ciccio Stella nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Geraldo Almeida made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. After 38 played minutes Sconvols United got a freekick which was hit by Carmine Gagliano. A collision led to TRAKINAS FC getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Hermínio Jacinto hit a great ball. After recieving a nice pass, Sconvols United's Francesco Di Sante tried to score from far away in the 41st minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. After 46 played minutes Sconvols United got a freekick which was hit by Francesco Di Sante. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Waldir Peixoto made the kick off in the second half. Geraldo Almeida made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jun Misugi in the 53rd minute. Biagio Tarantini kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. 56 minutes into the match, Jun Misugi had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Geraldo Almeida. TRAKINAS FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jun Misugi was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-4. Francesco Di Sante fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Geraldo Almeida having to interfere. 67 minutes into the game, Waldir Peixoto was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. TRAKINAS FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Sconvols United the free kick. After 67 played minutes TRAKINAS FC got a freekick which was hit by Waldir Peixoto. Waldir Peixoto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Damiano Rosato tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 72 played minutes Sconvols United got a freekick which was hit by Carmine Gagliano. In the 73rd minute, Waldir Peixoto made a precise shot to the right of Damiano Rosato. Sconvols United's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-4. The supporters of Sconvols United booed when TRAKINAS FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Válter Terra didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 79 minutes, Jun Misugi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sconvols United's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jun Misugi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Cesare De Lorenzi kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. Hermínio Jacinto kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. Cesare De Lorenzi hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. Renatinho Peres kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. Sconvols United were delighted with the way they had won the match. They had held their defensive line well and made the most of their chances, to claim a victory over TRAKINAS FC's much stronger midfield.
