Celso Inge kicked well hit freekick during the 5th minute of the match. In the 6th minute, Curumalán AFC's Alan Velasco ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Melquiades Patxi. Melquiades Patxi yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. 10 minutes into the match, Gabriel Avalos dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Melquiades Patxi, 2-0. After a rather tough play, Curumalán AFC's Hernán Losada got a free kick in the 28th minute. 36 minutes into the match, Gabriel Avalos notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of EL PEPO FC's Melquiades Patxi. Melquiades Patxi was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. With a little luck, EL PEPO FC's Melquiades Patxi got control of the ball when Diego Chorche tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Celso Inge had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Gabriel Avalos made the kick off in the second half. Gabriel Avalos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 51st minute. Melquiades Patxi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, EL PEPO FC's Ovidio Argider got a free kick in the 56th minute. After a rather tough play, Curumalán AFC's Hernán Losada got a free kick in the 62nd minute. 63 minutes into the match, EL PEPO FC's goal looked a bit too open when Gabriel Avalos came free, but Melquiades Patxi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ovidio Argider kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. Ariel Estefan might have been able to make a better finish in the 73rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Melquiades Patxi. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ariel Estefan ran back to his position shaking his head. Melquiades Patxi came out of the goal in the 82nd minute to try and stop a shot by Curumalán AFC's Hernán Losada. But to his dismay, Hernán Losada quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-0. In the 89th match minute, Curumalán AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hernán Losada to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Curumalán AFC's Alan Velasco got a free kick in the 91st minute. Curumalán AFC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of EL PEPO FC for a fine match.
