Spectators: 7390 (Terracing: 5500, Seating: 1740, VIP seats: 150) When Artemio Iratze came up free with the goalie in the 10th minute, the Luganeros AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Artemio Iratze couldn't finish the play. In the 13th match minute, Luganeros AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Carmelo Jokin to maneuver through the defense. In the 18th minute of the match Sp. Yoniyones got a corner. Luganeros AFC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Jonathan Lehior ran over to the corner to take the kick. 20 minutes into the match, Artemio Iratze notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Sp. Yoniyones's Hugo Baumer. Hugo Baumer was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Leo Diagur hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Artemio Iratze in the 30th minute of play forced Sp. Yoniyones's goalkeeper Hugo Baumer to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alejo Gaspard took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Christian Milian, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 38th match minute, Luganeros AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Siro Mercurio to maneuver through the defense. After 39 played minutes, Sp. Yoniyones's Jonathan Lehior shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Alejo Gaspard came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Sp. Yoniyones reached it. Aquilino James received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Alejo Gaspard came out and tried to block the shot, but Aquilino James slotted it home off the left post making it 1-2 in the 44th minute. After a rather tough play, Luganeros AFC's Aldo Arlo got a free kick in the 47th minute.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Aquilino James stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Sp. Yoniyones's Arnulfo Hustaz got a free kick in the 52nd minute. 56 minutes into the match, Luganeros AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Aquilino James came free, but Alejo Gaspard reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 57th minute, Leo Diagur hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Luganeros AFC booed when Sp. Yoniyones was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jonathan Lehior didn't get a good kick on the ball. The long shot by Eustacio Cedro in the 61st minute really tested Hugo Baumer's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. After 63 minutes, Arnulfo Hustaz mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Sp. Yoniyones and the Luganeros AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Virgilio Honrio kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. 65 minutes into the match, Sp. Yoniyones's goalkeeper Hugo Baumer had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Eustacio Cedro. In the 69th minute, Freddy Gartxot hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 72nd minute Aquilino James shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alejo Gaspard saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 75 minutes, Freddy Gartxot mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Luganeros AFC and the Sp. Yoniyones players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Luganeros AFC's Freddy Gartxot got a free kick in the 75th minute. Alejo Gaspard didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Godfredo Sasoin went, in the 82nd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-2 was the resulting score. Hugo Baumer came out of the goal in the 85th minute to try and stop a shot by Luganeros AFC's Artemio Iratze. But to his dismay, Artemio Iratze quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-3. Hugo Baumer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Artemio Iratze in the 88th minute of play. A throw-in in the 96th minute of the game was made by Arnulfo Hustaz with Christian Milian as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. If Artemio Iratze had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 98th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
