Spectators: 7536 (Terracing: 5653, Seating: 1733, VIP seats: 150) After having played for 2 minutes, Artemio Iratze managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Luganeros AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Artemio Iratze was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 20th minute, Vicente Richie ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Leonardo Romani was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. With a little luck, Club Deportivo O IRIXO's Leonardo Romani got control of the ball when Vicente Richie tried to sneak it across the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 25th minute, Indalecio Morcego managed to get in a good position for a shot. Club Deportivo O IRIXO's supporters rose to their feet, but Indalecio Morcego was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alejo Gaspard breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Apolo Geofredo during the 27th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Luganeros AFC getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Apolo Geofredo hit a great ball. In the 32nd minute, Eustacio Estavan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 37 minutes into the match, Fermín Trujillo notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Luganeros AFC's Alejo Gaspard. Alejo Gaspard was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a rather tough play, Luganeros AFC's Siro Mercurio got a free kick in the 45th minute. In the 47th minute, Artemio Iratze reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Leonardo Romani. The goal made the score 2-1. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Artemio Iratze made a kick off. 58 minutes in the game Leonel Munoz did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Indalecio Morcego. Leonardo Romani stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Artemio Iratze's shot from short distance in the 59th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Artemio Iratze in the 61st minute of play forced Club Deportivo O IRIXO's goalkeeper Leonardo Romani to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Luganeros AFC's Alejo Gaspard proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 62nd minute of the match, managed to save Luganeros AFC from getting a goal against them. The Luganeros AFC fans' excitement grew in the 64th match minute when Luganeros AFC's Artemio Iratze looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 71 minutes into the match, Artemio Iratze notched a goal, 4-1, to the right of Club Deportivo O IRIXO's Leonardo Romani. Leonardo Romani was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Artemio Iratze in the 75th minute of play forced Club Deportivo O IRIXO's goalkeeper Leonardo Romani to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 78 minutes, Artemio Iratze made it 5-1 with a short kick to the right side. Club Deportivo O IRIXO's Leonardo Romani tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 81st minute the ball was on its way in behind Club Deportivo O IRIXO's goalkeeper Leonardo Romani, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Leonardo Romani showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Artemio Iratze, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. After a defensive mix-up in Club Deportivo O IRIXO's zone, Artemio Iratze stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Leonardo Romani came out of the goal and Artemio Iratze tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Leonardo Romani showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Artemio Iratze, who was totally free with the ball in the 98th minute. Luganeros AFC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
