The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. If Renatinho Braga had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 3rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 4th minute, Blåvitt's Börje Sandwall dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. After 8 played minutes Blåvitt got a freekick which was hit by Emil Vestberg. Blåvitt's Herbert Ahlqvist played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fernandinho Paes in the 8th minute of play. Olavo Vasconcelos was a little too slow when Börje Sandwall got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 12th minute. The score was now 2-0. 21 minutes into the match, Gustaf Åström dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Olavo Vasconcelos, 3-0. 25 minutes into the match, Desportiva Paulo Afonso's Francisco Garcia sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Herbert Ahlqvist narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Desportiva Paulo Afonso's Olavo Vasconcelos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Börje Sandwall in the 28th minute of play. Blåvitt's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gustaf Åström got free with Olavo Vasconcelos in the 40th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Olavo Vasconcelos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gustaf Åström, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-1 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Börje Sandwall was the one to do the kick off. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Börje Sandwall during the 52nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Desportiva Paulo Afonso booed when Blåvitt was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Börje Sandwall didn't get a good kick on the ball. 58 minutes into the match, Robin Dahlberg notched a goal, 5-1, to the right of Desportiva Paulo Afonso's Olavo Vasconcelos. Olavo Vasconcelos was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 62 minutes into the game, Börje Sandwall cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 6-1. Olavo Vasconcelos was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The audience was convinced that Francisco Garcia's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Herbert Ahlqvist was relentless in the 66th minute of the game. Olavo Vasconcelos was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 86 minutes into the match, Rikard Göransson had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Olavo Vasconcelos. Desportiva Paulo Afonso's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Rikard Göransson was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 10-2. After 88 minutes of play Blåvitt's Börje Sandwall was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. A collision led to Blåvitt getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Börje Sandwall hit a great ball. With a little luck, Blåvitt's Herbert Ahlqvist got control of the ball when Francisco Garcia tried to sneak it across the goal line. 94 minutes into the game, Robin Dahlberg cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 11-2. Olavo Vasconcelos was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Blåvitt walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
