Herbert Ahlqvist showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aquilino James in the 14th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rikard Göransson in the 15th minute of play forced Sp. Yoniyones's goalkeeper Hugo Baumer to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Blåvitt's Herbert Ahlqvist played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Godfredo Sasoin in the 16th minute of play. Henry Askestät hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Blåvitt's zone, Aquilino James stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Herbert Ahlqvist came out of the goal and Aquilino James tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to Blåvitt getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Viktor Alegren hit a great ball. Herbert Ahlqvist made an important save on a dangerous shot by Godfredo Sasoin in the 27th minute. 29 minutes into the match, Sp. Yoniyones's goal looked a bit too open when Jack Berggren came free, but Hugo Baumer reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Börje Sandwall to make the kick off. Hugo Baumer made a fantastic save in the 52nd minute, when Börje Sandwall sent off a good shot on target. The audience thought a goal was coming when Börje Sandwall got free with Hugo Baumer in the 53rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. A collision led to Sp. Yoniyones getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Gaspar Galo hit a great ball. With an all-out effort, Blåvitt's Hugo Baumer threw himself towards the right post 55 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Börje Sandwall, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 69th minute of the match Blåvitt got a corner. Sp. Yoniyones's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Yoniyones's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Pontus Juhlin was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. In the 78th minute Godfredo Sasoin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Herbert Ahlqvist saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Blåvitt's Herbert Ahlqvist played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Godfredo Sasoin in the 79th minute of play.
