Spectators: 7532 (Terracing: 5650, Seating: 1732, VIP seats: 150) 3 minutes into the game, Lino Remigio was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Luganeros AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Microsoft Team the free kick. In the 4th minute, Lino Remigio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 5th match minute, Luganeros AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vicente Richie to maneuver through the defense. Luganeros AFC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Gregorio Harriet in the 10th minute. In a very dangerous position, a player in Microsoft Team fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 22nd minute. Penalty! Décio Barbosa had in the 23rdth minute some difficulties stopping Gregorio Harriet's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. After 27 minutes of play Luganeros AFC's Lino Remigio was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. After 28 played minutes Luganeros AFC got a freekick which was hit by Lino Remigio. 31 minutes into the match, Microsoft Team's goal looked a bit too open when Artemio Iratze came free, but Décio Barbosa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Artemio Iratze in the 34th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Décio Barbosa prevented the ball from getting in the gole. A collision led to Microsoft Team getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Sérgio Loureiro hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Artemio Iratze in the 42nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Décio Barbosa prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Raphael Pinheiro charged in rather forcefully in the 43rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Raphael Pinheiro the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 43rd match minute, Microsoft Team was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Raphael Pinheiro to maneuver through the defense. In the 45th minute, Luganeros AFC's Artemio Iratze ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Décio Barbosa. Décio Barbosa yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Luiz Eduardo Netto was the one to do the kick off. After a rather tough play, Luganeros AFC's Fabricio Blanco got a free kick in the 51st minute. Décio Barbosa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Artemio Iratze in the 53rd minute of play. Décio Barbosa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Artemio Iratze, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Microsoft Team's Décio Barbosa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Artemio Iratze in the 55th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Luiz Eduardo Netto during the 61st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 61 played minutes Microsoft Team got a freekick which was hit by Luiz Eduardo Netto. Décio Barbosa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Artemio Iratze, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. A collision led to Microsoft Team getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Sérgio Loureiro hit a great ball. Esteve Tono took the ball and in the 67 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Décio Barbosa. Décio Barbosa dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. 70 minutes into the match, Artemio Iratze had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Décio Barbosa. Microsoft Team's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Artemio Iratze was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. After having played for 74 minutes, Artemio Iratze managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Luganeros AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Artemio Iratze was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a rather tough play, Luganeros AFC's Artemio Iratze got a free kick in the 79th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Microsoft Team's zone, Artemio Iratze stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Décio Barbosa came out of the goal and Artemio Iratze tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 85th minute, Artemio Iratze ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Décio Barbosa was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-0. 89 minutes into the match, Artemio Iratze notched a goal, 6-0, to the right of Microsoft Team's Décio Barbosa. Décio Barbosa was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Denis Piarres kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match.
