The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Giannis Nekos's late challenge caught a Club Atletico Los Andes's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Giannis Nekos helped the player get up and apologised. Giannis Nekos kicked well hit freekick during the 3rd minute of the match. The supporters of Seahawks V55 booed when Club Atletico Los Andes was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Teodosio Urre didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 12th match minute, Club Atletico Los Andes was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alvaro Rameriz to maneuver through the defense. Enrique Garaona took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Grigoris Papaggelou, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Club Atletico Los Andes's Enrique Garaona played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Manolis Kalergis in the 17th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Seahawks V55's Nikos Tsimilis got a free kick in the 18th minute. 19 minutes into the match, Eloy Atarrabi dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Iordanis Kopanakis, 1-0. In the 25th minute, Charis Droumalias ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Enrique Garaona was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 27th minute of the game. One of Club Atletico Los Andes:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Seahawks V55:s goal. In the 32nd minute, Manolis Kalergis ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Enrique Garaona was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-3. After some careless play in the Club Atletico Los Andes defense, Grigoris Papaggelou kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Enrique Garaona. The Club Atletico Los Andes fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Enrique Garaona should have stopped the shot. Giannis Nekos recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 37th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 39th minute, Grigoris Papaggelou left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Seahawks V55 fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-5. In the 41st minute, Giannis Nekos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-5 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Teodosio Guillen was the one to do the kick off. 53 minutes into the match, Seahawks V55's goal looked a bit too open when Teodosio Guillen came free, but Iordanis Kopanakis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Enrique Garaona was out of position in the 60 minute of play, and Manolis Kalergis capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Manolis Kalergis really showed his touch with that goal: 1-7. In the 65th minute of the match Blas Raymundo shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Iordanis Kopanakis showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Manolis Kalergis got free with Enrique Garaona in the 71st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 71 minutes, Ceferino Lorien mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Club Atletico Los Andes and the Seahawks V55 players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Club Atletico Los Andes getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Ceferino Lorien hit a great ball. Charis Droumalias received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Enrique Garaona tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 76th minute of the match, Giannis Nekos got a very nice opportunity to score, but Enrique Garaona was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. With a little luck, Club Atletico Los Andes's Enrique Garaona got control of the ball when Manolis Kalergis tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 84th minute, Alvaro Rameriz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Giannis Nekos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Enrique Garaona tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Enrique Garaona came out of the goal in the 93rd minute to try and stop a shot by Seahawks V55's Manolis Kalergis. But to his dismay, Manolis Kalergis quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-8. Seahawks V55's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
