Angel Etxeberri made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristobal Cepa in the 12th minute of play. C.J. Kaku fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Angel Etxeberri having to interfere. Academia FC's Angel Etxeberri played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Saverio Burcena in the 23rd minute of play. In the 24th minute, Saverio Burcena left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Hayalim Kedoshim fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. If Jorge Martxot had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Marcelino Batista kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. C.J. Kaku struck a weak shot in the 30th minute. Angel Etxeberri didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Hayalim Kedoshim. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Segundo Udaeta during the 33rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Angel Etxeberri took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Saverio Burcena, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
