After 5 minutes Club Atletico Los Andes's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Aaron Indalecio who took care of the corner kick. Elvio Ixidor hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. In the 12th minute of the match Nereo Tohias shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Raimundo Cebrian showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After 14 minutes, Tomas Guifre mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Club Real Cantera and the Club Atletico Los Andes players grew even worse after the yellow card. Club Atletico Los Andes's Nereo Tohias shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 15th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Raimundo Cebrian but with some difficulty. Teodosio Guillen received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Raimundo Cebrian came out and tried to block the shot, but Teodosio Guillen slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 17th minute. Club Atletico Los Andes's Enrique Garaona played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Basilio Vito in the 20th minute of play. Raimundo Cebrian took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gilberto Munio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Eloy Atarrabi kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. In the 37th match minute, Club Atletico Los Andes was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Teodosio Urre to maneuver through the defense. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Sergio Palban during the 39th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Sergio Palban hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. Raimundo Cebrian was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 40th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Nereo Tohias. Raimundo Cebrian made an important save on a dangerous shot by Eloy Atarrabi in the 42nd minute. 42 minutes into the game, Aaron Indalecio was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Club Real Cantera's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Club Atletico Los Andes the free kick. The supporters of Club Atletico Los Andes booed when Club Real Cantera was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aaron Indalecio didn't get a good kick on the ball. Nereo Tohias took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 43rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Raimundo Cebrian. Club Real Cantera's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Raimundo Cebrian showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eloy Atarrabi, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. In the 47th minute Aaron Indalecio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Enrique Garaona saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Basilio Vito to make the kick off. Enrique Garaona made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tomas Guifre in the 55th minute. Enrique Garaona showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Basilio Vito in the 56th minute of the match. In the 58th minute Nereo Tohias shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Raimundo Cebrian saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Eloy Atarrabi took the ball and in the 59 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Raimundo Cebrian. Raimundo Cebrian dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. 64 minutes into the match, Club Real Cantera's goal looked a bit too open when Eloy Atarrabi came free, but Raimundo Cebrian reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tomas Guifre received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Enrique Garaona tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 72 minutes into the match, Club Real Cantera's goal looked a bit too open when Teodosio Guillen came free, but Raimundo Cebrian reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. During the 76th minute of the match Aaron Indalecio completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Aaron Indalecio a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. After 77 played minutes Club Real Cantera got a freekick which was hit by Aaron Indalecio. After 80 played minutes Club Real Cantera got a freekick which was hit by Basilio Vito. In the 83rd minute, Gilberto Munio left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Club Atletico Los Andes fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. Enrique Garaona didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Tomas Guifre went, in the 87th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. Raimundo Cebrian took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nereo Tohias, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Club Atletico Los Andes's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
