The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. With his leg Guillermo Marko managed to avoid a goal in the 9thth minute, when Comanche EC's Abelardo Sena fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 14 minutes into the match, Comanche EC's goal looked a bit too open when Gustavo Ubendu came free, but João Pedro Soeiro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 18th minute Gustavo Ubendu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but João Pedro Soeiro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. João Pedro Soeiro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gustavo Ubendu in the 20th minute of the match. An unexpected shot in the 21st minute by Abelardo Sena got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. In the 22nd minute Orlando Correia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Guillermo Marko saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Guillermo Marko didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Orlando Correia went, in the 22nd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cecilio Aznar in the 25th minute of play forced Comanche EC's goalkeeper João Pedro Soeiro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Aquiles Ugutz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Guillermo Marko tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Guillermo Marko made an important save on a dangerous shot by Abelardo Sena in the 33rd minute. Abelardo Sena who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 36thth minute tested the skills of Guillermo Marko when he managed to save the team from getting behind. João Pedro Soeiro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristian Guerau in the 38th minute of play. Abelardo Sena sent away a hard shot on goal in the 48th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.
The wind increased when Gustavo Ubendu made the kick off in the second half. After 53 played minutes Comanche EC got a freekick which was hit by Virgílio Reis. In the 66th minute Comanche EC were awarded a corner. Zé Carlos Schmidt went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner ended in Zé Carlos Schmidt almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Forros Fantásticos AC's Guillermo Marko did a great save. Guillermo Marko showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Orlando Correia, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. In the 68th match minute, Forros Fantásticos AC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cristian Guerau to maneuver through the defense. Forros Fantásticos AC's Guillermo Marko played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abelardo Sena in the 69th minute of play. João Pedro Soeiro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gustavo Ubendu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 70 minutes into the match, Gustavo Ubendu had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of João Pedro Soeiro. Comanche EC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gustavo Ubendu was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. Abelardo Sena recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 76th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 80th minute Abelardo Sena shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Guillermo Marko saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 82nd minute, Gustavo Ubendu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Abelardo Sena in the 83rd minute of play forced Forros Fantásticos AC's goalkeeper Guillermo Marko to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Abelardo Sena struck a weak shot in the 85th minute. Guillermo Marko didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Comanche EC. 89 minutes into the match, Forros Fantásticos AC's goal looked a bit too open when Abelardo Sena came free, but Guillermo Marko reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 92nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Forros Fantásticos AC's goalkeeper Guillermo Marko, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Abelardo Sena struck a weak shot in the 95th minute. Guillermo Marko didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Comanche EC. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Comanche EC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Forros Fantásticos AC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
