The referee showed Edelmiro Bibiano the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Lucio Geofredo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pablo Vegetti in the 4th minute of play. The supporters of PLUMIN booed when Florida Gulf Coast was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fabio Jerico didn't get a good kick on the ball. Lucio Geofredo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alvaro Henry in the 6th minute of play. A collision led to PLUMIN getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Nistor Hrean hit a great ball. Lucio Geofredo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Octavio Deunoro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Flavio Lauren fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cecilio Uxio having to interfere. Florida Gulf Coast's Lucio Geofredo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Octavio Deunoro in the 21st minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alvaro Henry in the 22nd minute of play forced Florida Gulf Coast's goalkeeper Lucio Geofredo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lucio Geofredo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alvaro Henry, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 26 minutes into the match, Florida Gulf Coast's goal looked a bit too open when Alvaro Henry came free, but Lucio Geofredo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 34 played minutes PLUMIN got a freekick which was hit by Octavio Deunoro. The audience was convinced that Octavio Deunoro's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Lucio Geofredo was relentless in the 38th minute of the game. Fabio Jerico fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cecilio Uxio having to interfere. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Flavio Lauren to strike the kick off in the second half. After 53 minutes Florida Gulf Coast's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Francisco Luzea who took care of the corner kick. 56 minutes into the match, Florida Gulf Coast's goal looked a bit too open when Alvaro Henry came free, but Lucio Geofredo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lucio Geofredo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Pablo Vegetti in the 59th minute. In the 63rd minute, Alvaro Henry left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The PLUMIN fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. 68 minutes into the match, Octavio Deunoro had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Lucio Geofredo. Florida Gulf Coast's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Octavio Deunoro was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Octavio Deunoro had several of the Florida Gulf Coast's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 72 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 0-3 score and a disappointed Lucio Geofredo as he didn't even see the shot coming. Lucio Geofredo made a fantastic save in the 74th minute, when Pablo Vegetti sent off a good shot on target. Lucio Geofredo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alvaro Henry, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. Lucio Geofredo made a fantastic save in the 78th minute, when Oberst-Wilhelm Jääskeläinen sent off a good shot on target. The Florida Gulf Coast supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching PLUMIN's performance. The match ended with a win for PLUMIN.
