After some fancy dribbling in the 36th minute, Silvestre Salazar managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Dezassete's supporters rose to their feet, but Silvestre Salazar was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mihály Gere breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Mihály Gere didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Alcides Valadares went, in the 38th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score.

The wind increased when Alcides Valadares made the kick off in the second half. Thanks to some nice moves Endre Bögi could shoot a difficult shot in the 52nd minute, which Norberto Melo however easily saved by the left post. Mihály Gere didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Alcides Valadares went, in the 53rd minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. Mihály Gere made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alcides Valadares in the 61st minute of play. 64 minutes into the match, FC Dezassete's Alcides Valadares sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Mihály Gere narrowly saved just below the crossbar. FC Dezassete's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Torcato Caetano in the 68th minute. Alfréd Rácz made in the 70th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Péter Balla immediately put the ball in play. Norberto Melo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lukács Faragó, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 78 minutes into the game, Luís Ekaterinoslavskiy was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC Dezassete's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Dombiratosi Football Club the free kick. A collision led to FC Dezassete getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Luís Ekaterinoslavskiy hit a great ball. FC Dezassete's Nivaldo Rijo was substituted for Alcides Valadares. Dombiratosi Football Club's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
