Spectators: 7541 (Terracing: 5657, Seating: 1734, VIP seats: 150) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Paulo Teinturier took the kick off in the first half of the match. Willian Loyola made a fantastic save in the 5th minute, when Bart Vetter sent off a good shot on target. The supporters of R.C. Marseille booed when Morro Grande E.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Raúl Maia didn't get a good kick on the ball. Willian Loyola took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Paulo Teinturier, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 12th minute Paulo Teinturier shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Willian Loyola saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The R.C. Marseille fans' excitement grew in the 26th match minute when R.C. Marseille's Bart Vetter looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Clóvis Motta hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. 30 minutes into the game, Paulo Teinturier was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. R.C. Marseille's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Morro Grande E.C the free kick. After 30 played minutes R.C. Marseille got a freekick which was hit by Paulo Teinturier. Willian Loyola didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 32nd minute, which inside left pole to 2-0. Bart Vetter received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Willian Loyola came out and tried to block the shot, but Bart Vetter slotted it home off the left post making it 3-0 in the 35th minute. A collision led to R.C. Marseille getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Noël Casimir hit a great ball. Willian Loyola was out of position in the 42 minute of play, and Paulo Teinturier capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Paulo Teinturier really showed his touch with that goal: 4-0. In the 47th minute, Cristian Duarte made a precise shot to the right of Gustave Lechat. R.C. Marseille's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-1. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-1 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Cristian Duarte to make the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bart Vetter in the 53rd minute of play forced Morro Grande E.C's goalkeeper Willian Loyola to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 55 minutes into the match, Morro Grande E.C's Cristian Duarte sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Gustave Lechat narrowly saved just below the crossbar. A collision led to R.C. Marseille getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Noël Casimir hit a great ball. In the 59th minute, Paulo Teinturier ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Willian Loyola was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-1. William Lepreux received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Willian Loyola tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Willian Loyola made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Paulo Teinturier in the 64th minute of play. 65 minutes had been played when some careless play by Morro Grande E.C's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Sofiane Candau was slow to take the kick. During this time R.C. Marseille's players had a chance to rest. A very nice done corner allowed William Chausson to score against Willian Loyola in Morro Grande E.C's goal. 6-1 after 66 minutes. After 71 minutes of play, R.C. Marseille's Paulo Teinturier made it 7-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Willian Loyola was left in no man's land by his defense there! 74 minutes into the match, Paulo Teinturier had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Willian Loyola. Morro Grande E.C's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Paulo Teinturier was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 8-1. 78 minutes into the match, Paulo Teinturier notched a goal, 9-1, to the right of Morro Grande E.C's Willian Loyola. Willian Loyola was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Sofiane Candau received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Willian Loyola tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Luisinho Silva fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gustave Lechat having to interfere. Morro Grande E.C's Willian Loyola played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bart Vetter in the 85th minute of play. In the 91st minute Sofiane Candau shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Willian Loyola saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Willian Loyola didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Sofiane Candau went, in the 91st minute, to the upper right corner, 11-1 was the resulting score. After a rather tough play, Morro Grande E.C's Luisinho Silva got a free kick in the 94th minute. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. R.C. Marseille had played much better football throughout.
