In the 23rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Arsenal FC's goalkeeper Vasiliy Kalmetev, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Witomir Kossakowski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Matthias Löfgren in the 25th minute of play. Damaso Orlin took the ball and in the 30 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Witomir Kossakowski. Witomir Kossakowski dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-5. An unexpectedly hard shot by Damaso Orlin in the 34th minute of play forced Soczewki Gliwice's goalkeeper Witomir Kossakowski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 36 minutes into the match, Damaso Orlin had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Witomir Kossakowski. Soczewki Gliwice's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Damaso Orlin was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-6. Damaso Orlin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Witomir Kossakowski having to interfere. Matthias Löfgren sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 47 minutes into the game, Damaso Orlin cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-7. Witomir Kossakowski was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in.

Michel Faria charged in rather forcefully in the 52nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Michel Faria the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Arsenal FC getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Vasiliy Kalmetev showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Soczewki Gliwice's zone, Matthias Löfgren stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Witomir Kossakowski came out of the goal and Matthias Löfgren tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 57 minutes into the match, Damaso Orlin dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Witomir Kossakowski, 0-8. Damaso Orlin received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Witomir Kossakowski came out and tried to block the shot, but Damaso Orlin slotted it home off the left post making it 0-9 in the 61st minute. Witomir Kossakowski stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Damaso Orlin's shot from short distance in the 64th minute. In the 71st minute, Zula Smolarek hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Damaso Orlin scored 0-11 in the 77th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Witomir Kossakowski, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Witomir Kossakowski was out of position in the 80 minute of play, and Damaso Orlin capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Damaso Orlin really showed his touch with that goal: 0-12. In the 83rd minute, Damaso Orlin fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Damaso Orlins short, quick shot in the 87thth minute got Witomir Kossakowski to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 93rd minute Matthias Löfgren shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Witomir Kossakowski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Witomir Kossakowski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Damaso Orlin in the 95th minute of the match. The Soczewki Gliwice fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Arsenal FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
