In the 18th minute, Arsenal FC's Matthias Löfgren ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Ed Ingram. Ed Ingram yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Vasiliy Kalmetev showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jimmy Mulford, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. When Kong Lin Xiang fell near the penalty area in the 23rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Arsenal FC's protests and gave Kong Lin Xiang a yellow card for diving instead. Kong Lin Xiang kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. Vasiliy Kalmetev showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Darryl Forrest, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. The supporters of Gone With the Win booed when Arsenal FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pontus Kåmark didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 46th minute, Kyle Eglington left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Gone With the Win fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jimmy Mulford stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Gone With the Win getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Kyle Eglington hit a great ball. After 57 minutes, Matthias Löfgren made it 3-1 with a short kick to the right side. Gone With the Win's Ed Ingram tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Matthias Löfgren in the 62nd minute of play forced Gone With the Win's goalkeeper Ed Ingram to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ed Ingram took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Damaso Orlin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Patrik Melberg fell near the penalty area in the 92nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick.
