In the 12th minute Ferruccio Della Torre shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pitin Baños saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 12th minute, Veremundo Varona hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Pitin Baños showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bernardo Reali, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. With his leg Amedeo Pasquale managed to avoid a goal in the 22ndth minute, when ALIANZA 1901's Gartzi Domingo fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Pitin Baños showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alessandro Mazzetti in the 23rd minute of the match. Anfilogino Benvenuto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Anfilogino Benvenuto recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 26th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 28 minutes into the match, Ferruccio Della Torre notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of ALIANZA 1901's Pitin Baños. Pitin Baños was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 35 minutes, Cirilo Castellvi mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the ALIANZA 1901 and the Farafulla FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Cirilo Castellvi kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ferruccio Della Torre in the 38th minute of play forced ALIANZA 1901's goalkeeper Pitin Baños to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Alessandro Mazzetti in the 40th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Pitin Baños prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Pitin Baños was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Pitin Baños came out of the goal in the 61st minute to try and stop a shot by Farafulla FC's Anfilogino Benvenuto. But to his dismay, Anfilogino Benvenuto quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-5. Pitin Baños took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ferruccio Della Torre, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gartzi Domingo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Pitin Baños made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anselmo Cherubini in the 73rd minute of play. Anfilogino Benvenuto did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 0-6 to the left of a surprised Pitin Baños 74 minutes into the match. Alvise Bevilacqua kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. ALIANZA 1901's Pitin Baños played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alessandro Mazzetti in the 82nd minute of play. In the 86th minute, Geofredo Vello hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Elia Fantasia recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 87th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Veremundo Varona had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience was convinced that Gartzi Domingo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Amedeo Pasquale was relentless in the 92nd minute of the game. Pitin Baños took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Anselmo Cherubini, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Farafulla FC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
