But to his dismay, Florencio Felipillo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. After 19 minutes, Rosendo Beti mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the ..Villa Rugby Club.. and the C.U.E. DE COMERCIO players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 19 played minutes ..Villa Rugby Club.. got a freekick which was hit by Rosendo Beti. In the 25th minute, Lucas Langoni left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The ..Villa Rugby Club.. fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. Cayetano Dantae made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Guillermo Kopola in the 28th minute of play. Lucas Langoni fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cayetano Dantae having to interfere. Lucas Langoni scored 2-2 in the 34th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Cayetano Dantae, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. A collision led to C.U.E. DE COMERCIO getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Tore-Andre Flø hit a great ball. In the 42nd minute of the match Cristobal Ariando shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Cayetano Dantae showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Norberto Cebo kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. In the 47th minute, Augusto Udalaitz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The first half was very even, with the score at 2-2 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Lucas Langoni was the one to do the kick off. Ivan Cordoba was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 52 minutes into the match. In the 51st minute, one of C.U.E. DE COMERCIO:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for C.U.E. DE COMERCIO. Cayetano Dantae had in the 53rdth minute some difficulties stopping Cristobal Ariando's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Anacleto Urdaspal kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. Cayetano Dantae took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Roque James, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 61 minutes into the match, C.U.E. DE COMERCIO's goal looked a bit too open when Augusto Udalaitz came free, but Cayetano Dantae reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 64th minute, Tore-Andre Flø got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 66 played minutes C.U.E. DE COMERCIO got a freekick which was hit by Norberto Cebo. In the 67th minute of the match Cristobal Ariando sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Cayetano Dantae skillfully saved the ball. 70 minutes into the match, C.U.E. DE COMERCIO's Tore-Andre Flø sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Humberto Orland narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 72 played minutes C.U.E. DE COMERCIO got a freekick which was hit by Anacleto Urdaspal. After 75 played minutes C.U.E. DE COMERCIO got a freekick which was hit by Tore-Andre Flø. In the 77th minute, ..Villa Rugby Club..'s goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Tore-Andre Flø fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. 78 minutes into the match, C.U.E. DE COMERCIO's goal looked a bit too open when Lucas Langoni came free, but Cayetano Dantae reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tore-Andre Flø received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Humberto Orland tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some careless play in the C.U.E. DE COMERCIO defense, Roque James kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Cayetano Dantae. The C.U.E. DE COMERCIO fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Cayetano Dantae should have stopped the shot.
