In the 37th minute, João Lendaa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 39th minute Bertil Apelquist shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Caco Rocha saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 43rd minute, Luizão Brasil hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 44 played minutes Zendraget BK got a freekick which was hit by Klas Axelsson.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Bertil Apelquist made a kick off. 55 minutes into the match, Mukifus FSCMZ's goalkeeper Caco Rocha had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Karl Frisck. Girkantas Bernotas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zé Lendaa, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. The supporters of Zendraget BK booed when Mukifus FSCMZ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Antônio Carlos Tróia didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Mukifus FSCMZ's Zé Lendaa got a free kick in the 69th minute. Börje Rudberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Caco Rocha having to interfere. Zendraget BK's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Zé Lendaa ran over to the corner to take the kick. After a rather tough play, Mukifus FSCMZ's Wanderson dos Santos got a free kick in the 89th minute. Morgan Boman hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. Zendraget BK's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
