In the 2nd match minute, Corralito AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Artemio Romano to maneuver through the defense. Raul Hustaz made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ivan Rami in the 4th minute. The audience was convinced that Aurelio Gaxan's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Raul Hustaz was relentless in the 5th minute of the game. Quebracho FC's Ivan Rami got a good chance for a goal in the 7th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 10th minute, Aurelio Gaxan ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Raul Hustaz was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ivan Rami in the 14th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Raul Hustaz saved Corralito AFC from getting behind. Aurelio Gaxan received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Raul Hustaz came out and tried to block the shot, but Aurelio Gaxan slotted it home off the left post making it 3-0 in the 20th minute. Corralito AFC's Raul Hustaz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aurelio Gaxan in the 23rd minute of play. After 25 minutes, Santos Lekubegi mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Quebracho FC and the Corralito AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 25th minute, Santos Lekubegi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some careless play in the Quebracho FC defense, Leopoldo Nuxila kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Paolo Abastas. The Quebracho FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Paolo Abastas should have stopped the shot. In the 30th minute Amadeo Txindoki shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Paolo Abastas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match had gone on for 31 minutes, Aurelio Gaxan took a quick shot and it went in 4-1 without a chance for Raul Hustaz to make any attempt to save it. In the 33rd minute, Quebracho FC's Rolando Argi seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Rolando Argi the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Quebracho FC protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Rolando Argi had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In the 34th match minute, Quebracho FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rolando Argi to maneuver through the defense. Paolo Abastas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edelmiro Loiola, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. Quebracho FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Aurelio Gaxan was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Raul Hustaz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Rigoberto Jakobe received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Raul Hustaz came out and tried to block the shot, but Rigoberto Jakobe slotted it home off the left post making it 5-1 in the 41st minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aurelio Gaxan in the 48th minute of play forced Corralito AFC's goalkeeper Raul Hustaz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Af the end of the first half the score was 5-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Leopoldo Nuxila was the one to do the kick off. After 59 played minutes Corralito AFC got a freekick which was hit by Amadeo Txindoki. After having played for 61 minutes, Aurelio Gaxan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Quebracho FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Aurelio Gaxan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Conrado Ubelteso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Santos Lekubegi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Raul Hustaz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Corralito AFC getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Maximino Terciero hit a great ball. Rigoberto Jakobe, 67 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Amadeo Txindoki hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. 75 minutes into the match, Corralito AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Aurelio Gaxan came free, but Raul Hustaz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match had gone on for 77 minutes, Artemio Romano took a quick shot and it went in 7-3 without a chance for Paolo Abastas to make any attempt to save it. After a rather tough play, Corralito AFC's Edelmiro Loiola got a free kick in the 79th minute. 81 minutes into the game, Quebracho FC's Rigoberto Jakobe nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Raul Hustaz made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 8-3. After 85 minutes of play, Quebracho FC's Conrado Ubelteso made it 9-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Raul Hustaz was left in no man's land by his defense there! Raul Hustaz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Aurelio Gaxan's shot from short distance in the 89th minute. A collision led to Corralito AFC getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Leopoldo Nuxila hit a great ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Aurelio Gaxan during the 92nd minute. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Quebracho FC fully deserved thier win.
