Spectators: 7504 (Terracing: 5629, Seating: 1726, VIP seats: 149) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Carlos Augusto Guimarães kicked off to start the match. Waldemar Sabóia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Guido Karmel having to interfere. In the 13th match minute, Mukifus FSCMZ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Carlos Augusto Guimarães to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to CF JABATOS getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Bernardino Gaufred hit a great ball. After 17 played minutes CF JABATOS got a freekick which was hit by Higinio Ovando. If Waldemar Sabóia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Mukifus FSCMZ booed when CF JABATOS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Filomeno Malvin didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Carlos Augusto Guimarães during the 21st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Mukifus FSCMZ getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Carlos Augusto Guimarães hit a great ball. 26 minutes into the match, CF JABATOS's goal looked a bit too open when Waldemar Sabóia came free, but Guido Karmel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 35th minute, Marcos Txeru fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Carlos Augusto Guimarães in the 41st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Guido Karmel prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Carlos Augusto Guimarães sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Caco Rocha made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Elpidio Efraim in the 48th minute of play. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

When Marcos Txeru came up free with the goalie in the 52nd minute, the CF JABATOS fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Marcos Txeru couldn't finish the play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Elpidio Efraim in the 56th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Caco Rocha saved Mukifus FSCMZ from getting behind. Caco Rocha showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marcos Txeru in the 63rd minute of the match. Waldemar Sabóia scored 0-2 in the 74th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Guido Karmel, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Marcos Txeru's late challenge caught a Mukifus FSCMZ's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Marcos Txeru helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, CF JABATOS's Marcos Txeru got a free kick in the 78th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 81st minute, Carlos Augusto Guimarães managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mukifus FSCMZ's supporters rose to their feet, but Carlos Augusto Guimarães was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Guido Karmel breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 84 minutes into the match, Marcos Txeru had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Caco Rocha. Mukifus FSCMZ's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Marcos Txeru was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. Marcos Txeru sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the match clock showed 94 minutes, the score became 1-3 when Carlos Augusto Guimarães sped through CF JABATOS's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Guido Karmel.
