The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Di Xing Ying made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eliseu Alagoano in the 3rd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Thomas Albaret in the 6th minute of play forced 卡納里尼奧 FC's goalkeeper João Vítor Guimarães to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 8th minute, Thomas Albaret ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. João Vítor Guimarães was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. In the 10th match minute, 卡納里尼奧 FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Amadeu Furlan to maneuver through the defense. Adriano Guimarães kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. After 13 played minutes, 卡納里尼奧 FC's Célio Albuquerque shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Di Xing Ying came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in 卡納里尼奧 FC reached it. 15 minutes into the game, Ulysses de Senna was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. 卡納里尼奧 FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave SILMONT the free kick. After 15 played minutes 卡納里尼奧 FC got a freekick which was hit by Ulysses de Senna. João Vítor Guimarães showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Thomas Albaret, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. João Carlos Schmidt hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. Ulysses de Senna might have been able to make a better finish in the 25th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Di Xing Ying. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ulysses de Senna ran back to his position shaking his head. Di Xing Ying made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ulysses de Senna in the 25th minute of play. Eliseu Alagoano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, 卡納里尼奧 FC's Severino da Cunha got a free kick in the 30th minute. João Vítor Guimarães showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Normando Fiúza, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. In the 37th minute Adriano Guimarães shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but João Vítor Guimarães saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Thomas Albaret in the 39th minute of play forced 卡納里尼奧 FC's goalkeeper João Vítor Guimarães to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 40 played minutes 卡納里尼奧 FC got a freekick which was hit by Fabrício Brunovskis. 42 minutes into the match, 卡納里尼奧 FC's goal looked a bit too open when Normando Fiúza came free, but João Vítor Guimarães reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 43rd minute of the match SILMONT got a corner. 卡納里尼奧 FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Thomas Albaret ran over to the corner to take the kick. João Vítor Guimarães made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Thomas Albaret in the 44th minute of play. After the first half SILMONT were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Normando Fiúza made the kick off in the second half. João Vítor Guimarães showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Normando Fiúza in the 54th minute of the match. Thomas Albaret scored 0-2 in the 55th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of João Vítor Guimarães, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 58 minutes into the match, 卡納里尼奧 FC's goalkeeper João Vítor Guimarães had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Thomas Albaret. Di Xing Ying showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eliseu Alagoano, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. After 62 minutes, Sidnei Dionísio mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the 卡納里尼奧 FC and the SILMONT players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 62 played minutes 卡納里尼奧 FC got a freekick which was hit by Sidnei Dionísio. In the 63rd minute Thomas Albaret shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but João Vítor Guimarães saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Laurent Rouille sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. With a little luck, 卡納里尼奧 FC's João Vítor Guimarães got control of the ball when Normando Fiúza tried to sneak it across the goal line. Amadeu Furlan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. SILMONT made a substitution. Joffrey Noyelle replaced Adriano Guimarães. João Vítor Guimarães was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Nolan Pétiot showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-5 in the 96 minute of play. The 卡納里尼奧 FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. SILMONT were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
