Iker Cristos took the ball and in the 43 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ruy Sarmento. Ruy Sarmento dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Iker Cristos stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 50 played minutes La Panchera got a freekick which was hit by Prudencio Manni. In the 52nd minute, Iker Cristos made a precise shot to the right of Ruy Sarmento. Ruy Sarmento came out of the goal and Trendafil Katúrov tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 91st minute, Saverio Selmo managed to get in a good position for a shot. La Panchera's supporters rose to their feet, but Saverio Selmo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ruy Sarmento breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Javier Pastore's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ruy Sarmento read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 96th minute of play. Trendafil Katúrov received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 97th minute. Ruy Sarmento tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the referee ended the match the La Panchera players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
