The supporters of Jagiellonia Denver booed when Kind of Blue was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Per Tunberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. Saul Holley showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kim Samuelsson in the 13th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Kim Samuelsson got free with Saul Holley in the 19th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 21st minute, Kim Samuelsson reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Saul Holley. The goal made the score 1-0. After 28 played minutes, Kind of Blue's Freddie Söderlund shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Saul Holley came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Kind of Blue reached it. Jagiellonia Denver's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Fredric Botvidsson 29 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 2-0. Jens-Ove Käcker kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. When Kind of Blue's Kim Samuelsson in the 42nd minute got a chance for a shot 42nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Jagiellonia Denver's goalie prevented a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Damon Beauchesne in the 46th minute of play forced Kind of Blue's goalkeeper Stormur Muren to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Roch Covington to strike the kick off in the second half. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Mathias Lindman during the 54th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 55 played minutes Kind of Blue got a freekick which was hit by Mathias Lindman. Bryon Hendrix kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. 60 minutes into the game, Bryon Hendrix was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Jagiellonia Denver's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Kind of Blue the free kick. A collision led to Jagiellonia Denver getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Bryon Hendrix hit a great ball. Kim Samuelsson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 61st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Stormur Muren made an important save on a dangerous shot by Roch Covington in the 64th minute. With a little luck, Kind of Blue's Stormur Muren got control of the ball when Roch Covington tried to sneak it across the goal line. Saul Holley took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Timmy Hammarström, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Timmy Hammarström in the 73rd minute of play forced Jagiellonia Denver's goalkeeper Saul Holley to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Saul Holley breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. There was no doubt that Kind of Blue were the better team. Kind of Blue's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
