The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. A hard shot by Donato Baleren from long distance, 3 minutes into the match, got Craig Argoud's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. In the 9th match minute, Los Chamos FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cauan da Mata to maneuver through the defense. If Wilfredo Naelio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 13th minute Wilfredo Naelio suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. Marko Baul charged in rather forcefully in the 13th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Marko Baul the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Halcones Azules booed when Los Chamos FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marko Baul didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thanks to some nice moves Lázaro Navarro could shoot a difficult shot in the 16th minute, which Craig Argoud however easily saved by the left post. Karl-Oskar Odén took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Freddy Corderun, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 20th minute, Freddy Corderun got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After having played for 21 minutes, Felo Villaspasa managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Los Chamos FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Felo Villaspasa was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Karl-Oskar Odén stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Geovânio Amaral's shot from short distance in the 26th minute. If Freddy Corderun had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Fausto Salvino during the 29th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Fausto Salvino hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. In the 34th minute Los Chamos FC were awarded a corner. Freddy Corderun went to the cornerflag to take it. After taking down the ball on Los Chamos FC's corner Freddy Corderun fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Karl-Oskar Odén quite easily take care of the ball. Karl-Oskar Odén stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Freddy Corderun's shot from short distance in the 39th minute. 40 minutes into the match, Halcones Azules's goal looked a bit too open when Felo Villaspasa came free, but Karl-Oskar Odén reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Halcones Azules's Ramiro Mogel got a free kick in the 45th minute. In the 46th minute Freddy Corderun shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Karl-Oskar Odén saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

The wind increased when Lázaro Navarro made the kick off in the second half. In the 54th minute, Boruc Rosen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Halcones Azules's Donato Baleren got a good chance for a goal in the 55th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Los Chamos FC's Geovânio Amaral got a good chance for a goal in the 59th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Felo Villaspasa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 61st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Fausto Salvino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Karl-Oskar Odén made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Geovânio Amaral in the 64th minute of play. In the 65th minute Los Chamos FC were awarded a corner. Freddy Corderun went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led Los Chamos FC's Felo Villaspasa to fire away a dangerous shot which Karl-Oskar Odén despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Marko Baul kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. Geovânio Amaral hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. In the 76th minute of the match, Geovânio Amaral got a very nice opportunity to score, but Karl-Oskar Odén was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. With a little luck, Halcones Azules's Karl-Oskar Odén got control of the ball when Freddy Corderun tried to sneak it across the goal line. Felo Villaspasa's late challenge caught a Halcones Azules's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Felo Villaspasa helped the player get up and apologised. Halcones Azules made a substitution. Ricardo Kauldi replaced Tadeo Eleder. Felo Villaspasa kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. Craig Argoud showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fausto Salvino, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. In the 89th minute Geovânio Amaral shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Karl-Oskar Odén saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 92nd minute, Ricardo Kauldi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Los Chamos FC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
