Spectators: 7443 (Terracing: 5583, Seating: 1712, VIP seats: 148) CA INCAS's Erubiel Jusepe started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 3 minutes, Urbano Nuñez mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Quitilipi and the CA INCAS players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Quitilipi's Urbano Nuñez got a free kick in the 3rd minute. In the 9thth minute of the game Erubiel Jusepe who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Quitilipi's Guaberto Cebo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Quitilipi's Guaberto Cebo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fabio Txerran in the 11th minute of play. The supporters of CA INCAS booed when Quitilipi was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Anastasio Iratxo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Primitivo Maria took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 15th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Guaberto Cebo. Quitilipi's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. When Fabio Txerran came up free with the goalie in the 16th minute, the CA INCAS fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fabio Txerran couldn't finish the play. When Erubiel Jusepe got free in front of the goal in the 19th minute he wasn't very focused and chipped the ball just over the goal. Guaberto Cebo was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Esteve Cerilo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Federico Insúa in the 25th minute. In the 28th minute the ball was on its way in behind Quitilipi's goalkeeper Guaberto Cebo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Erubiel Jusepe in the 31st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Guaberto Cebo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Erubiel Jusepe had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Erubiel Jusepe in the 42nd minute of play forced Quitilipi's goalkeeper Guaberto Cebo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 44th match minute, Quitilipi was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Urbano Nuñez to maneuver through the defense. Guaberto Cebo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Erubiel Jusepe in the 46th minute of play. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Federico Insúa was the one to do the kick off. Esteve Cerilo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Robustiano Clementi, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. After 55 minutes of play, Quitilipi's Federico Insúa made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Esteve Cerilo was left in no man's land by his defense there! Fabio Txerran might have been able to make a better finish in the 60th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Guaberto Cebo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Fabio Txerran ran back to his position shaking his head. When Godfredo Ariando fell near the penalty area in the 61st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored CA INCAS's protests and gave Godfredo Ariando a yellow card for diving instead. In the 61st minute, Godfredo Ariando hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 62 played minutes, Quitilipi's Jairo Gartzen shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Esteve Cerilo came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Quitilipi reached it. After 64 played minutes Quitilipi got a freekick which was hit by Segundo Ixona. Thanks to some nice moves Erubiel Jusepe could shoot a difficult shot in the 68th minute, which Guaberto Cebo however easily saved by the left post. Esteve Cerilo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Federico Insúa in the 70th minute of the match. Guaberto Cebo made a fantastic save in the 75th minute, when Erubiel Jusepe sent off a good shot on target. After a defensive mix-up in Quitilipi's zone, Fabio Txerran stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Guaberto Cebo came out of the goal and Fabio Txerran tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A hard shot 78 in the game by Erubiel Jusepe from a close distance when the talented Guaberto Cebo managed to make a qualified save. Quitilipi's players were relieved. Quitilipi's Guaberto Cebo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fabio Txerran in the 81st minute of play. Nicolas Burutzagi kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. In the 83rd minute, Nicolas Burutzagi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Primitivo Maria blasted a shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Guaberto Cebo having to make a save. Esteve Cerilo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Federico Insúa in the 91st minute of the match. Guaberto Cebo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Erubiel Jusepe in the 95th minute. CA INCAS's Erubiel Jusepe was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 97th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
