Marcelo Guerra struck a weak shot in the 2nd minute. Rodolfo Roano didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for MEXACOMX. Rodolfo Roano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hélio Granja in the 5th minute of the match. Rodolfo Roano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rodolfo Seabra, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. INTERNACIONAL DE MURAROA's Rodolfo Roano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hélio Granja in the 16th minute of play. Hélio Granja received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Rodolfo Roano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Hélio Granja recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 26th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Belchior Conde succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 2-0 in the 30th playminute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leonides Guilabertus in the 36th minute of play forced MEXACOMX's goalkeeper Delfim Brás to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When MEXACOMX's Hélio Granja in the 38th minute got a chance for a shot 38th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye INTERNACIONAL DE MURAROA's goalie prevented a goal. After 42 played minutes MEXACOMX got a freekick which was hit by Nuno Candeias. Sixto Galeno fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Delfim Brás having to interfere. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Hélio Granja stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hélio Granja in the 58th minute of play forced INTERNACIONAL DE MURAROA's goalkeeper Rodolfo Roano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Abelardo James fell near the penalty area in the 58th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored INTERNACIONAL DE MURAROA's protests and gave Abelardo James a yellow card for diving instead. Hélio Granja received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Rodolfo Roano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 64th minute, Emilio Larpe hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 71 minutes into the match, INTERNACIONAL DE MURAROA's goal looked a bit too open when Nuno Candeias came free, but Rodolfo Roano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Hélio Granja in the 77th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Rodolfo Roano saved INTERNACIONAL DE MURAROA from getting behind. After some fancy dribbling in the 79th minute, Hélio Granja managed to get in a good position for a shot. MEXACOMX's supporters rose to their feet, but Hélio Granja was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rodolfo Roano breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Rodolfo Roano stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Hélio Granja's shot from short distance in the 83rd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hélio Granja in the 85th minute of play forced INTERNACIONAL DE MURAROA's goalkeeper Rodolfo Roano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 86th minute, Hélio Granja left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The MEXACOMX fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0. Patricio Vela kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. MEXACOMX walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
