The corner led Alexandrie CF's Gaël Pouchin to fire away a dangerous shot which Honorato Lluciano despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. 13 minutes into the game, Alexandrie CF's Ívan James nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Honorato Lluciano made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Honorato Lluciano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ívan James in the 15th minute of the match. In the 26th minute, Barreal FC's Hipolito Mino seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Hipolito Mino the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Barreal FC protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Hipolito Mino had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. Hipolito Mino hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. Honorato Lluciano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dimitri Goudard in the 28th minute of the match. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ívan James to make the kick off. In the 54th minute, one of Alexandrie CF:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Alexandrie CF. The crowd rose to their feet as Julien Ravet kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Honorato Lluciano. That made the score 1-3 in the 61 minute of play. Gabin Françoise took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eloy Perutxo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gabin Françoise didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Apolo Teodor went, in the 68th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-3 was the resulting score. Honorato Lluciano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Julien Ravet, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. The supporters of Barreal FC booed when Alexandrie CF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Julien Ravet didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ívan James received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Honorato Lluciano came out and tried to block the shot, but Ívan James slotted it home off the left post making it 3-4 in the 81st minute. Julien Ravet received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Honorato Lluciano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 89 minutes into the game, Apolo Teodor cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-4. Gabin Françoise was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The audience thought a goal was coming when Julien Ravet got free with Honorato Lluciano in the 96th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Despite being the better team, Alexandrie CF failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
