Olov Alefors charged in rather forcefully in the 10th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Olov Alefors the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, White Hart Lane's Olov Alefors got a free kick in the 10th minute. Bernabe Vito recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 16th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 18 minutes into the match, Juventus Argentina FC's goal looked a bit too open when Dick Wennerberg came free, but Herminio Truylos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Herminio Truylos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lars-Erik Bergsten in the 34th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Olle Ekström in the 39th minute of play forced Juventus Argentina FC's goalkeeper Herminio Truylos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 45 minutes into the match, Dick Wennerberg notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Juventus Argentina FC's Herminio Truylos. Herminio Truylos was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The Juventus Argentina FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. White Hart Lane were winning 0-2.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Horacio Edwardo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Juventus Argentina FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Horacio Edwardo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Esbjörn Apelquist breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 65 minutes into the match, Juventus Argentina FC's goal looked a bit too open when Olle Ekström came free, but Herminio Truylos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Juventus Argentina FC's Herminio Truylos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lars-Erik Bergsten in the 68th minute of play. Bernabe Vito sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. White Hart Lane's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Olle Ekström in the 75th minute of play forced Juventus Argentina FC's goalkeeper Herminio Truylos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Herminio Truylos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Olle Ekström, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. When White Hart Lane's Olle Ekström in the 92nd minute got a chance for a shot 92nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie.
