A beautiful save bye Tuareg's goalie prevented a goal. Yan Kapchenko didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from André Juhlin went, in the 13th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Morgan Lundkvist in the 16th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Yan Kapchenko prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The audience was convinced that André Juhlin's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Yan Kapchenko was relentless in the 21st minute of the game. 22 minutes into the game, Morgan Lundkvist cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Yan Kapchenko was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Max Harlén the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Åsbro Flåsegutter protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Max Harlén had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. 41 minutes into the game, one of Åsbro Flåsegutter:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 47th minute Leonid Noskov shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Patrik Alström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Demyan Kalitinskiy was the one to do the kick off. Thor Sjödin's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Yan Kapchenko firmly grabbed it by the left post. Patrik Alström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ippolit Nazarov, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. 62 minutes into the match, Tuareg's goal looked a bit too open when Morgan Lundkvist came free, but Yan Kapchenko reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Veniamin Strelkov's late challenge caught a Åsbro Flåsegutter's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Veniamin Strelkov helped the player get up and apologised. After 65 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Tuareg! Yan Kapchenko had in the 67thth minute some difficulties stopping Thor Sjödin's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his right side, but he still managed to hold the ball After some careless play in the Tuareg defense, Thor Sjödin kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Yan Kapchenko. The Tuareg fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Yan Kapchenko should have stopped the shot. In the 90th minute, Thor Sjödin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 92nd minute, Thor Sjödin made a precise shot to the right of Yan Kapchenko. Tuareg's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-4. When the final whistle sounded Åsbro Flåsegutter left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Tuareg.
