Anders Örn was extremely unlucky when he, in the 16th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Morgan Lundkvist blasted a shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Erik Kolman having to make a save. In the 17th minute, Morgan Lundkvist made a precise shot to the right of Erik Kolman. Sheep United's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. Erik Kolman made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-1. 36 minutes into the game, Agne Carlsson recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Erik Kolman. Agne Carlsson showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 6-1. A collision led to Sheep United getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Han Koekkoek hit a great ball. Agne Carlsson received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Erik Kolman came out and tried to block the shot, but Agne Carlsson slotted it home off the left post making it 7-1 in the 40th minute. With a little luck, Sheep United's Erik Kolman got control of the ball when Thor Sjödin tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Thor Sjödin in the 48th minute of play forced Sheep United's goalkeeper Erik Kolman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 7-1 at half-time.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Martijn van Alst to make the kick off. In the 52nd match minute, Sheep United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Han Koekkoek to maneuver through the defense. Sheep United's supporters crossed their fingers, but Henk van der Schans was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. There was no doubt that Åsbro Flåsegutter were the better team. Åsbro Flåsegutter's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
