In the 7th minute, Stavros Symeonatos ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Bendjedid Harkouk was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. In the 9th minute Stavros Symeonatos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bendjedid Harkouk saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 11 minutes into the match, Bolivar's goal looked a bit too open when Christoforos Tochouroglou came free, but Bendjedid Harkouk reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Christoforos Tochouroglou took the ball and in the 12 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Bendjedid Harkouk. Bendjedid Harkouk dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Bendjedid Harkouk took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Panos Mastrantoniou, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Panos Mastrantoniou came up free with the goalie in the 21st minute, the ΠΑΟΚ FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Panos Mastrantoniou couldn't finish the play. 24 minutes into the match, Panos Mastrantoniou notched a goal, 0-4, to the right of Bolivar's Bendjedid Harkouk. Bendjedid Harkouk was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 27th minute Thrasivoulos Moisiadis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bendjedid Harkouk saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Stavros Symeonatos made in the 29th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Christoforos Tochouroglou. An unexpectedly hard shot by Panos Mastrantoniou in the 31st minute of play forced Bolivar's goalkeeper Bendjedid Harkouk to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 33 minutes of play, ΠΑΟΚ FC's Diogenis Priovolos made it 0-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Bendjedid Harkouk was left in no man's land by his defense there! Thrasivoulos Moisiadis took the ball and in the 37 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Bendjedid Harkouk. Bendjedid Harkouk dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-6. An unexpectedly hard shot by Stavros Symeonatos in the 46th minute of play forced Bolivar's goalkeeper Bendjedid Harkouk to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 47 minutes into the game, Hocine Moll was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Bolivar's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave ΠΑΟΚ FC the free kick. Hocine Moll kicked well hit freekick during the 48th minute of the match. After 48 played minutes, ΠΑΟΚ FC's Dimitris Skevofilakas shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Bendjedid Harkouk came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in ΠΑΟΚ FC reached it. The Bolivar players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. ΠΑΟΚ FC were winning 0-6.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Diogenis Priovolos was the one to do the kick off. 52 minutes into the match, Bolivar's goal looked a bit too open when Diogenis Priovolos came free, but Bendjedid Harkouk reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bolivar's attentive Senijad Ibričić managed to snatch the ball when Stavros Symeonatos made a throw-in in the 57th minute of the game. ΠΑΟΚ FC's Thomas Papagiotopoulos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tedj Boudiaf in the 57th minute of play. Bolivar's defense didn't have a chance, in the 59th minute, when Diogenis Priovolos scored to the left of an out of position Bendjedid Harkouk, making the score, 0-7. When Tedj Boudiaf came up free with the goalie in the 62nd minute, the Bolivar fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tedj Boudiaf couldn't finish the play. Bendjedid Harkouk showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Panos Mastrantoniou in the 66th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in ΠΑΟΚ FC's zone, Tedj Boudiaf stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Thomas Papagiotopoulos came out of the goal and Tedj Boudiaf tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 71 minutes in the game Stavros Symeonatos did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Christoforos Tochouroglou. Bendjedid Harkouk showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dimitris Skevofilakas, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 79th minute, Tedj Boudiaf managed to get in a good position for a shot. Bolivar's supporters rose to their feet, but Tedj Boudiaf was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Thomas Papagiotopoulos breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When the match had gone on for 81 minutes, Panos Mastrantoniou took a quick shot and it went in 0-8 without a chance for Bendjedid Harkouk to make any attempt to save it. In the 88th minute of the match, Christoforos Tochouroglou tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Bendjedid Harkouk saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. After a rather tough play, Bolivar's Abdelkader El-Hadi got a free kick in the 89th minute. In the 90th minute of the match Dimitris Skevofilakas shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Bendjedid Harkouk showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 92nd minute, Christoforos Tochouroglou reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Bendjedid Harkouk. The goal made the score 0-9. In the 97th minute Panos Mastrantoniou shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bendjedid Harkouk saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Bolivar fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. ΠΑΟΚ FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
