In the 23rd minute, Pedro Efren fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Ionuț Cozma, passed just outside the right post. With his leg Ionuț Cozma managed to avoid a goal in the 29thth minute, when Alvarado de Mar del Plata's Damian Rito fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 33 minutes into the game, Damian Oneț cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Teodosio Macerio was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 36th minute, Damian Rito made a precise shot to the right of Ionuț Cozma. ⚽RAE⚽'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. After a defensive mix-up in ⚽RAE⚽'s zone, Damian Rito stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ionuț Cozma came out of the goal and Damian Rito tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. ⚽RAE⚽'s Maxim Șerbulea got a good chance for a goal in the 46th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Maxim Șerbulea was the one to do the kick off. A collision led to Alvarado de Mar del Plata getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Cristobal Guilabertus hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pedro Efren in the 54th minute of play forced ⚽RAE⚽'s goalkeeper Ionuț Cozma to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 62 played minutes Alvarado de Mar del Plata got a freekick which was hit by Timoteo Sancho. Pedro Efren hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. In the 65thth minute of the game Pedro Efren who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but ⚽RAE⚽'s Ionuț Cozma was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Damian Oneț struck a weak shot in the 68th minute. Teodosio Macerio didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for ⚽RAE⚽. Timoteo Sancho's late challenge caught a ⚽RAE⚽'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Timoteo Sancho helped the player get up and apologised. Timoteo Sancho hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. In the 77th minute, Isidoro Marcones ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ionuț Cozma was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. If Sebastian Lluc had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Maxim Șerbulea got free with Teodosio Macerio in the 82nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Pedro Efren in the 85th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ionuț Cozma saved ⚽RAE⚽ from getting behind. Alin Moiș sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Pedro Efren fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ionuț Cozma having to interfere. Alvarado de Mar del Plata walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
