Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Robert Robak in the 5th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tuncer Polathan prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Robert Robak came up free with the goalie in the 19th minute, the FC LongeR fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Robert Robak couldn't finish the play. After 20 minutes, Saverio Baamonde mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Tapa Red F.C and the FC LongeR players grew even worse after the yellow card. Saverio Baamonde hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. In the 44thth minute of the game Robert Robak who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Tapa Red F.C's Tuncer Polathan was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a defensive mix-up in FC LongeR's zone, Mariusz Pudzianowski stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Waldemar Zjawin came out of the goal and Mariusz Pudzianowski tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Dobromir Kluczyk fell near the penalty area in the 46th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC LongeR's protests and gave Dobromir Kluczyk a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Tapa Red F.C booed when FC LongeR was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dobromir Kluczyk didn't get a good kick on the ball. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Mariusz Pudzianowski made a kick off.
