After some careless play in the YR☆ Rossoneri™ defense, Duško Turnšek kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Florin Suşu. The YR☆ Rossoneri™ fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Florin Suşu should have stopped the shot. In the 22nd minute Zlatko Goričan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Florin Suşu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Marian Drogoreanu struck a weak shot in the 25th minute. Konstantin Pančur didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for YR☆ Rossoneri™. Jernej Petrovič kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. Duško Turnšek received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Florin Suşu came out and tried to block the shot, but Duško Turnšek slotted it home off the left post making it 4-0 in the 27th minute. Florin Suşu made a fantastic save in the 30th minute, when Duško Turnšek sent off a good shot on target. Duško Turnšek did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 5-0 to the left of a surprised Florin Suşu 33 minutes into the match. 36 minutes into the match, YR☆ Rossoneri™'s goalkeeper Florin Suşu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Duško Turnšek. After 36 minutes, Dinu Bungescu mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the YR☆ Rossoneri™ and the HIT Gorica players grew even worse after the yellow card. Antoni Zdrojewski recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 39th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 40 minutes into the match, Duško Turnšek notched a goal, 6-0, to the right of YR☆ Rossoneri™'s Florin Suşu. Florin Suşu was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Duško Turnšek came free with the goalkeeper in the 44th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Florin Suşu could save by the left post. If Antoni Zdrojewski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Zlatko Goričan struck a weak shot in the 47th minute. Florin Suşu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for HIT Gorica.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Marian Drogoreanu to make the kick off. Florin Suşu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Venancio Abalos in the 54th minute of the match. In the 54th minute, Venancio Abalos ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Florin Suşu was frozen by the shot and now it was 7-0. Antoni Zdrojewski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 59 minutes, Istok Šabotić made it 8-0 with a short kick to the right side. YR☆ Rossoneri™'s Florin Suşu tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After a rather tough play, HIT Gorica's Zlatko Goričan got a free kick in the 62nd minute. If Zlatko Goričan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Zlatko Goričan came up free with the goalie in the 66th minute, the HIT Gorica fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Zlatko Goričan couldn't finish the play. Istok Šabotić took the ball and in the 68 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Florin Suşu. Florin Suşu dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 9-0. HIT Gorica's Rastislav Tomič was substituted for Constantino Eguntsenti. HIT Gorica made a substitution. Richard Koštomaj replaced Jernej Petrovič. A collision led to YR☆ Rossoneri™ getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Mihai Dincă hit a great ball. In the 75th minute, Antoni Zdrojewski made a precise shot to the right of Florin Suşu. YR☆ Rossoneri™'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 10-0. A collision led to HIT Gorica getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Antoni Zdrojewski hit a great ball. Florin Suşu didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Zlatko Goričan went, in the 84th minute, to the upper right corner, 11-0 was the resulting score. CJ Desailly received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Florin Suşu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 89th minute, Istok Šabotić hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 97th minute, Istok Šabotić got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. HIT Gorica had played much better football throughout.
