Spectators: 7579 (Terracing: 5685, Seating: 1743, VIP seats: 151) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Luis Santana started the match with the kick off. Radoslaw Charlap showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cecilio Ubarna in the 3rd minute of the match. Tobiasz Cuber received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. Tor Rosenlund tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Radoslaw Charlap made an important save on a dangerous shot by Luis Santana in the 10th minute. After some careless play in the Real Madrid defense, Octavio Txurio kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Radoslaw Charlap. The Real Madrid fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Radoslaw Charlap should have stopped the shot. Radoslaw Charlap showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cecilio Ubarna, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. After 17 played minutes Real Madrid got a freekick which was hit by Stasio Nowacki. A collision led to Real Madrid getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Piotr Solak hit a great ball. In the 21st minute of the match Herminio Birila sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Radoslaw Charlap skillfully saved the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Santa Maradona's Cecilio Ubarna slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Radoslaw Charlap. That made the score 3-0 after 24 minutes of play. Radoslaw Charlap showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Octavio Txurio in the 29th minute of the match. Zygmunt Tokarczyk hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice moves Luis Santana could shoot a difficult shot in the 31st minute, which Radoslaw Charlap however easily saved by the left post. If Cecilio Ubarna had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Radoslaw Charlap made an important save on a dangerous shot by Octavio Txurio in the 38th minute. 39 minutes into the match, Luis Santana notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of Real Madrid's Radoslaw Charlap. Radoslaw Charlap was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Radoslaw Charlap took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cecilio Ubarna, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Konstanty Zima was the one to do the kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Luis Santana in the 51st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Radoslaw Charlap prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Santa Maradona's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Luis Santana in the 57th minute. A nice corner shot did that Luis Santana got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Radoslaw Charlap quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Radoslaw Charlap made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ubaldo Bonifaco in the 58th minute of play. A collision led to Real Madrid getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Marian Topolski hit a great ball. Cecilio Ubarna sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Konstanty Zima in the 65thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Tor Rosenlund, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After 67th play minutes Cecilio Ubarna shot 5-0, a short shot which went by Radoslaw Charlap and just under the crossbar into goal. Tor Rosenlund was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 73rd minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Stasio Nowacki. Zygmunt Tokarczyk struck a weak shot in the 76th minute. Tor Rosenlund didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Real Madrid. In the 78th minute, Octavio Txurio left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Santa Maradona fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-0. Real Madrid's Radoslaw Charlap played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luis Santana in the 81st minute of play. When the match had gone on for 82 minutes, Cecilio Ubarna put it in 7-0 from a short distance just to the right of Radoslaw Charlap. Konstanty Zima who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 85thth minute tested the skills of Tor Rosenlund when he managed to save the team from getting behind. The supporters of Santa Maradona booed when Real Madrid was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tobiasz Cuber didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 88th minute Luis Santana shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Radoslaw Charlap saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpected shot in the 91st minute by Konstanty Zima got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Cecilio Ubarna sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
