GREEK ARMY's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave AC Superstar the free kick. The supporters of AC Superstar booed when GREEK ARMY was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tasos Bakasetas didn't get a good kick on the ball. Alkis Kalaboukas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Harry Hernström, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Alkis Kalaboukas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sture Ström in the 19th minute of play. Vassilis Lazarakis kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. Charles Johansson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vassilis Lazarakis in the 39th minute of the match. The AC Superstar fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Charles Johansson should have stopped the shot. GREEK ARMY's Alkis Kalaboukas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Harry Hernström in the 43rd minute of play. 44 minutes into the match, GREEK ARMY's goal looked a bit too open when Johnny Bröms came free, but Alkis Kalaboukas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The penalty shot was made by Kasper Elssen, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of AC Superstar's Charles Johansson. 2-3. When the match had gone on for 61 minutes, Edvard Åkesson took a quick shot and it went in 2-4 without a chance for Alkis Kalaboukas to make any attempt to save it. In the 66th minute, Vassilis Lazarakis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in GREEK ARMY's zone, Sture Ström stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alkis Kalaboukas came out of the goal and Sture Ström tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of GREEK ARMY booed when AC Superstar was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Johnny Bröms didn't get a good kick on the ball. Vassilis Lazarakis took the ball and in the 69 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Charles Johansson. Charles Johansson dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-4. 76 minutes into the match, GREEK ARMY's goalkeeper Alkis Kalaboukas had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Harry Hernström. In the 78th minute Edvard Åkesson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alkis Kalaboukas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alkis Kalaboukas was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Hans Törnblom showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-6 in the 79 minute of play. Alkis Kalaboukas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sture Ström, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edvard Åkesson in the 84th minute of play forced GREEK ARMY's goalkeeper Alkis Kalaboukas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. GREEK ARMY's Alkis Kalaboukas proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 86th minute of the match, managed to save GREEK ARMY from getting a goal against them. Alkis Kalaboukas was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Edvard Åkesson showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-7 in the 88 minute of play. Charles Johansson didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Süruri Şanalp went, in the 97th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-7 was the resulting score. The GREEK ARMY fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. AC Superstar were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
