An unexpectedly hard shot by Augustin Horea in the 9th minute of play forced Black Bird United ƘԼƛƝ's goalkeeper Cristiano Albuquerque to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Amauri Barbosa got free with Nicu Arghirescu in the 11th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Club Sportiv Medgidia were awarded a corner in the 17th minute after Black Bird United ƘԼƛƝ's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Romeo Ungur took the corner. In the 27th minute, Maurinho Porto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Cristiano Albuquerque showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Augustin Horea in the 30th minute of the match. In the 34th minute, Ademar Abraão hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Cristiano Albuquerque made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Augustin Horea in the 39th minute of play. Nicu Arghirescu didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 43rd minute, which inside left pole to 1-0. If Ademar Abraão had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Nicu Arghirescu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Amauri Barbosa in the 52nd minute of play. After having played for 57 minutes, Acácio Sergipano managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Black Bird United ƘԼƛƝ's supporters crossed their fingers, but Acácio Sergipano was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Black Bird United ƘԼƛƝ's Cristiano Albuquerque played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Stelian Hulubei in the 64th minute of play. In the 68th minute, Ademar Abraão ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Nicu Arghirescu was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. In the 76th minute, Amauri Barbosa left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Black Bird United ƘԼƛƝ fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. Fred Zonta hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. 95 minutes into the game, Ferdinand Hidiș was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Club Sportiv Medgidia's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Black Bird United ƘԼƛƝ the free kick. In the 95th match minute, Club Sportiv Medgidia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ferdinand Hidiș to maneuver through the defense. Black Bird United ƘԼƛƝ's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
