Aleksander Ekblom fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Erdoğan Çetinay having to interfere. After 19 played minutes Osmanlı İmparatorluğu got a freekick which was hit by Vatan Türk. In the 31st minute Bengt-Arne Martinsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Erdoğan Çetinay saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 35 minutes into the game, Dilmen Şahiner was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Osmanlı İmparatorluğu's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Blomstermåla BK the free kick. The supporters of Blomstermåla BK booed when Osmanlı İmparatorluğu was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dilmen Şahiner didn't get a good kick on the ball. The long shot by Lennart Nilsson in the 36th minute really tested Erdoğan Çetinay's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Blomstermåla BK's Jörgen Bergfeldt slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Erdoğan Çetinay. That made the score 3-0 after 43 minutes of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Aybek Laçin was the one to do the kick off. In the 50th minute, Fritz Jönsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With an all-out effort, Osmanlı İmparatorluğu's Åke Johnsson threw himself towards the right post 63 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Yüksel Mukaddes, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After a rather tough play, Osmanlı İmparatorluğu's Hazım Başer got a free kick in the 66th minute. In the 71st minute, Jörgen Bergfeldt hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 76 played minutes, Blomstermåla BK's Lennart Nilsson shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Erdoğan Çetinay came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Blomstermåla BK reached it. After a rather tough play, Osmanlı İmparatorluğu's Osman Nuri Arıkhan got a free kick in the 82nd minute. Osmanlı İmparatorluğu's Erdoğan Çetinay played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lennart Nilsson in the 82nd minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Kürşat Nazir got free with Åke Johnsson in the 86th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 88 minutes into the match, Osmanlı İmparatorluğu's goal looked a bit too open when Jörgen Bergfeldt came free, but Erdoğan Çetinay reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Blomstermåla BK walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
