The goal made the score 1-0. 15 minutes into the match, Ernesto Farias notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of GreenUnited's Xalbador Gamiz. Xalbador Gamiz was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 20 minutes into the match, Inter de Melão's goalkeeper Allan de Almeida had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gartzen Pons. An unexpectedly hard shot by Maurinho Vergílio in the 21st minute of play forced GreenUnited's goalkeeper Xalbador Gamiz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. GreenUnited's Xalbador Gamiz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Maurinho Vergílio in the 22nd minute of play. When Inter de Melão's Maurinho Vergílio in the 22nd minute got a chance for a shot 22nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye GreenUnited's goalie prevented a goal. After 31 minutes of play, Inter de Melão's Ciro Amorim made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Xalbador Gamiz was left in no man's land by his defense there! 36 minutes into the match, Inter de Melão's goal looked a bit too open when Batista Liebana came free, but Allan de Almeida reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Xalbador Gamiz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ciro Amorim in the 38th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Maurinho Vergílio in the 41st minute of play forced GreenUnited's goalkeeper Xalbador Gamiz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 42 minutes into the match, GreenUnited's goal looked a bit too open when Maurinho Vergílio came free, but Xalbador Gamiz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Allan de Almeida showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Batista Liebana in the 44th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Inter de Melão's Maurinho Vergílio got a free kick in the 45th minute.

The audience thought a goal was coming when Gonçalo Mazza got free with Xalbador Gamiz in the 51st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Jardel Cunha sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jardel Cunha received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Xalbador Gamiz came out and tried to block the shot, but Jardel Cunha slotted it home off the left post making it 1-3 in the 54th minute. Ciro Amorim's late challenge caught a GreenUnited's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ciro Amorim helped the player get up and apologised. In the 64th minute Jardel Cunha shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Xalbador Gamiz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Inter de Melão booed when GreenUnited was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Elija Andres didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 67th minute, Inter de Melão's Ciro Amorim dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-4. Xalbador Gamiz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jardel Cunha in the 72nd minute of play. 76 minutes into the match, GreenUnited's goalkeeper Xalbador Gamiz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Maurinho Vergílio. 78 minutes into the game, Ciro Amorim recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Xalbador Gamiz. Ciro Amorim showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-5. 82 minutes into the match, Ciro Amorim notched a goal, 1-6, to the right of GreenUnited's Xalbador Gamiz. Xalbador Gamiz was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Maurinho Vergílio took the ball and in the 88 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Xalbador Gamiz. Xalbador Gamiz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-7. Inter de Melão's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
