José Lucas didn't get a good kick on the ball. Maxaranguape - FSCMZ's Aloísio Arruda proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 12th minute of the match, managed to save Maxaranguape - FSCMZ from getting a goal against them. In the 16thth minute of the game Marco Secco who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but GreenUnited's Xalbador Gamiz was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After having played for 18 minutes, Agostinho Moreno managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Maxaranguape - FSCMZ's supporters crossed their fingers, but Agostinho Moreno was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. GreenUnited's Xalbador Gamiz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Agostinho Moreno in the 20th minute of play. Xalbador Gamiz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marco Secco in the 24th minute of play. Marco Secco took the ball and in the 24 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Xalbador Gamiz. Xalbador Gamiz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. In the 27th minute Marco Secco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Xalbador Gamiz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gualter Mattos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Xalbador Gamiz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in GreenUnited's zone, Marco Secco stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Xalbador Gamiz came out of the goal and Marco Secco tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Xalbador Gamiz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Flávio Costa's shot from short distance in the 36th minute. After some careless play in the GreenUnited defense, Agostinho Moreno kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Xalbador Gamiz. The GreenUnited fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Xalbador Gamiz should have stopped the shot. A collision led to GreenUnited getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Lain Bejarano hit a great ball.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Macario Runs made a kick off. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Wesley Pimenta during the 51st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. When the match had gone on for 54 minutes, Flávio Costa put it in 1-3 from a short distance just to the right of Xalbador Gamiz. GreenUnited's Xalbador Gamiz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 61st minute of the match, managed to save GreenUnited from getting a goal against them. Marco Seccos short, quick shot in the 64thth minute got Xalbador Gamiz to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. José Lucas charged in rather forcefully in the 65th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed José Lucas the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 65 played minutes Maxaranguape - FSCMZ got a freekick which was hit by José Lucas. In the 68th minute, GreenUnited's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Agostinho Moreno fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Xalbador Gamiz was out of position in the 70 minute of play, and Marco Secco capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Marco Secco really showed his touch with that goal: 1-4. With an all-out effort, Maxaranguape - FSCMZ's Xalbador Gamiz threw himself towards the right post 76 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Flávio Costa, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. GreenUnited's Xalbador Gamiz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 78th minute of the match, managed to save GreenUnited from getting a goal against them. In the 83rd minute, Marco Secco hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 85th minute, Marco Secco got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 88thth minute of the game Marco Secco who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but GreenUnited's Xalbador Gamiz was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Agostinho Moreno could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 90th minute of the match, but Xalbador Gamiz made a huge save. Xalbador Gamiz was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Flávio Costa showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-5 in the 93 minute of play. Maxaranguape - FSCMZ played a much better game than GreenUnited and deserved their victory. The GreenUnited players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
