When Valkan Túrpanov fell near the penalty area in the 48th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Blue avalanche's protests and gave Valkan Túrpanov a yellow card for diving instead. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

In the 97th minute the ball was on its way in behind Blue avalanche's goalkeeper Viden Kúdrev, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Samurai had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
