Henry Åkerström took the ball and in the 14 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ali Polatkan. Ali Polatkan dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. After 20 played minutes CİMBOM FC got a freekick which was hit by Cihangir Vakkasoğlu. 24 minutes into the match, Samurai's goal looked a bit too open when Yüksel Soysaltürk came free, but Roger Klemensson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 25 minutes of play, CİMBOM FC's Hatemi Okyanus made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Roger Klemensson was left in no man's land by his defense there! 28 minutes into the game, Yüksel Soysaltürk was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. CİMBOM FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Samurai the free kick. Yüksel Soysaltürk hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. Ali Polatkan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fredrik Bennet in the 34th minute of play. In the 36th minute Fredrik Bennet shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ali Polatkan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, CİMBOM FC's Cihangir Vakkasoğlu got a free kick in the 41st minute. CİMBOM FC's Ali Polatkan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Per-Oskar Andberg in the 43rd minute of play. After a rather tough play, CİMBOM FC's Yüksel Soysaltürk got a free kick in the 47th minute. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Fredrik Bennet stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute, CİMBOM FC's Kuzey Temirkut seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Kuzey Temirkut the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of CİMBOM FC protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Kuzey Temirkut had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In the 53rd minute there was a penalty for Samurai. Fredrik Bennet stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Ali Polatkan. 2-1. Bo Svanström charged in rather forcefully in the 58th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Bo Svanström the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Ali Polatkan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Henry Åkerström in the 62nd minute of the match. In the 65th minute Henry Åkerström shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ali Polatkan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bünyamin Ilgıt charged in rather forcefully in the 71st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Bünyamin Ilgıt the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 71 played minutes CİMBOM FC got a freekick which was hit by Bünyamin Ilgıt. Ali Polatkan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Per-Oskar Andberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Roger Klemensson came out of the goal in the 76th minute to try and stop a shot by CİMBOM FC's Yüksel Soysaltürk. But to his dismay, Yüksel Soysaltürk quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. The Samurai fans' excitement grew in the 79th match minute when Samurai's Fredrik Bennet looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After some careless play in the CİMBOM FC defense, Fredrik Bennet kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ali Polatkan. The CİMBOM FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ali Polatkan should have stopped the shot. In the 90th match minute, CİMBOM FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ramazan Yurdaşen to maneuver through the defense. Ali Polatkan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Michael Haglund in the 94th minute of the match. Ali Polatkan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Henry Åkerström, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Samurai's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
