Ahmet Davut Keskin came out of the goal and Elliott Bennet tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A sloppy throw-in by Michael Haglund in the 7th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by FC MANLE's Sarp Cangun. Fredrik Bennet showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Uğuralp Melik, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. 11 minutes into the match, Samurai's goal looked a bit too open when Sarp Cangun came free, but Fredrik Bennet reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 14th minute, Uğuralp Melik left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FC MANLE fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Hakkı Devrim Geylanoğullarından's late challenge caught a Samurai's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Hakkı Devrim Geylanoğullarından helped the player get up and apologised. 18 minutes into the match, Samurai's Roger Klemensson sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ahmet Davut Keskin narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The supporters of FC MANLE booed when Samurai was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Michael Haglund didn't get a good kick on the ball. Fredrik Bennet was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Nusrettin Uzay had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee felt a red card was in order, 31 minutes into the game, when Hakkı Devrim Geylanoğullarından put in a rough tackle. In the 32nd minute, Hakkı Devrim Geylanoğullarından hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Roger Kalfhage came up free with the goalie in the 33rd minute, the Samurai fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Roger Kalfhage couldn't finish the play. After having played for 36 minutes, Sarp Cangun managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC MANLE's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sarp Cangun was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Per-Åke Eriksson's late challenge caught a FC MANLE's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Per-Åke Eriksson helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to FC MANLE getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Yüce Tuna hit a great ball. Sarp Cangun sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 45th minute, Roger Kalfhage hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The Samurai players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. FC MANLE were winning 0-2.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Roger Klemensson to make the kick off. FC MANLE's attentive Halil İbrahim Tanuğur managed to snatch the ball when Andreas Rolandsson made a throw-in in the 56th minute of the game. Sarp Cangun received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Fredrik Bennet tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sarp Cangun blasted a shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Fredrik Bennet having to make a save. With his leg Fredrik Bennet managed to avoid a goal in the 66thth minute, when FC MANLE's Nusrettin Uzay fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Fredrik Bennet was a little too slow when Nusrettin Uzay got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 68th minute. The score was now 0-4. Sarp Cangun received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Fredrik Bennet tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Volkan Ubeydullah sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Samurai's Roger Klemensson suffered a sore thigh after 91 minutes and couldn't finish the game. After 91 minutes, Yüce Tuna mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC MANLE and the Samurai players grew even worse after the yellow card. Yüce Tuna hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match.
