The audience was convinced that Saturnino Leobardo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Benne Cider was relentless in the 3rd minute of the game. A collision led to Barrialito AFC getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Saturnino Leobardo hit a great ball. In the 25th minute, Fırat Çakıroğlu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 28th minute, Helge Trillkott made a precise shot to the right of Cristo Elivareo. Barrialito AFC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. Cristo Elivareo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fırat Çakıroğlu in the 34th minute of play. A collision led to Lobster if getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Fidel Felo hit a great ball. When the match had gone on for 45 minutes, Saturnino Leobardo took a quick shot and it went in 1-2 without a chance for Benne Cider to make any attempt to save it.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Helge Trillkott to make the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fırat Çakıroğlu in the 51st minute of play forced Barrialito AFC's goalkeeper Cristo Elivareo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lobster if's Benne Cider played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hernan Socorro in the 55th minute of play. Benne Cider showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hernan Socorro, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. 57 minutes into the game, Hernan Socorro cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-2. Saturnino Leobardo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benne Cider having to interfere. In the 70thth minute of the game Hernan Socorro who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Lobster if's Benne Cider was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After having played for 71 minutes, Fırat Çakıroğlu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Lobster if's supporters crossed their fingers, but Fırat Çakıroğlu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Helge Trillkott came up free with the goalie in the 73rd minute, the Lobster if fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Helge Trillkott couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, Barrialito AFC's Teodosio Txema got a free kick in the 80th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Fırat Çakıroğlu in the 83rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Cristo Elivareo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Lobster if players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
