A wasted opportunity for Paranhos Ariranha FC. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Fernando Paulista during the 43rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. 43 minutes into the game, one of Paranhos Ariranha FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 44th minute there was a penalty for Bomseral FC. Oton Mendaza stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Lúcio Mota. 5-1. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

For all the effort they put into the match, the Bomseral FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Paranhos Ariranha FC.
