Rıfat Özbilgin succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-2 in the 36th playminute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Júnior Salles during the 38th minute. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Tuna Selim to make the kick off. In the 86th minute, Real Cruzeiro FC's Luís Guilherme Cabral dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-5. Rıfat Özbilgin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 90th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ronaldo Vianna hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. İrfan Barlas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gonçalo Sarmento, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Real Cruzeiro FC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
