The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Platon Pedraza was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 6th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Marcos Villalcazar scored 1-0 in the 11th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Fivos Kotsios, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Ugutz Albizua received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Fivos Kotsios came out and tried to block the shot, but Ugutz Albizua slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 20th minute. Fotis Katsaros's late challenge caught a C.D. Ciudad de Soria's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Fotis Katsaros helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of C.D. Ciudad de Soria booed when tHe SOnS of rAGnar was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fotis Katsaros didn't get a good kick on the ball. Fivos Kotsios showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Firman Salan, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. After 32 played minutes tHe SOnS of rAGnar got a freekick which was hit by Theofilos Zaninos. In the 33rd minute, Firman Salan ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Fivos Kotsios was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. Fivos Kotsios showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ugutz Albizua, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Alexis Petrou during the 38th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Fivos Kotsios took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Firman Salan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cebrián Sans in the 52nd minute of play forced tHe SOnS of rAGnar's goalkeeper Fivos Kotsios to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 6-0 became the score in the 59th minute when Marcos Villalcazar elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. In the 61st minute, Marcos Villalcazar left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The C.D. Ciudad de Soria fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 7-0. Fivos Kotsios showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marcos Villalcazar in the 70th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ugutz Albizua in the 72nd minute of play forced tHe SOnS of rAGnar's goalkeeper Fivos Kotsios to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fivos Kotsios showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ugutz Albizua, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. Cebrián Sans recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 86th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some careless play in the tHe SOnS of rAGnar defense, Firman Salan kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Fivos Kotsios. The tHe SOnS of rAGnar fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Fivos Kotsios should have stopped the shot. When the referee ended the match the C.D. Ciudad de Soria players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
