When Álvaro Sousa fell near the penalty area in the 19th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Onze Bravos FC - FDFDF's protests and gave Álvaro Sousa a yellow card for diving instead. After 19 played minutes Onze Bravos FC - FDFDF got a freekick which was hit by Álvaro Sousa. After 23 minutes, Penn Til mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Bandung Tigers and the Onze Bravos FC - FDFDF players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 23rd match minute, Bandung Tigers was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Penn Til to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Yoppie Duaramuri in the 28th minute of play forced Onze Bravos FC - FDFDF's goalkeeper Sandro Soares to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bandung Tigers's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Onze Bravos FC - FDFDF the free kick. The supporters of Onze Bravos FC - FDFDF booed when Bandung Tigers was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Harseno Kartasapoetra didn't get a good kick on the ball. The Onze Bravos FC - FDFDF players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Bandung Tigers were winning 0-2.

In the 51st minute, Yoppie Duaramuri got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 62nd match minute, Bandung Tigers was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Maximilian-Michael Vennegoor Of Hesselink to maneuver through the defense. Penn Til was shown his second yellow card after 68 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. The supporters of Onze Bravos FC - FDFDF booed when Bandung Tigers was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Penn Til didn't get a good kick on the ball. Onze Bravos FC - FDFDF's defense didn't have a chance, in the 72nd minute, when Maximilian-Michael Vennegoor Of Hesselink scored to the left of an out of position Sandro Soares, making the score, 0-5. After some careless play in the Onze Bravos FC - FDFDF defense, Yoppie Duaramuri kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Sandro Soares. The Onze Bravos FC - FDFDF fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Sandro Soares should have stopped the shot. In the 79th minute, Yoppie Duaramuri fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. The Onze Bravos FC - FDFDF fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Bandung Tigers were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
