The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. With a little luck, A State Of Trance's Izydor Wyrostek got control of the ball when Sten Ånger tried to sneak it across the goal line. Sten Ånger scored 1-0 in the 4th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Izydor Wyrostek, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Izydor Wyrostek was out of position in the 9 minute of play, and Sten Ånger capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Sten Ånger really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. Olov Wahlnäs didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Radoslaw Pilarski went, in the 13th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. In the 15th minute Radoslaw Pilarski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Olov Wahlnäs saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Radoslaw Pilarski in the 19th minute of play forced Vykans Vikingar's goalkeeper Olov Wahlnäs to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jim Kjellberg charged in rather forcefully in the 22nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jim Kjellberg the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Vykans Vikingar getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Jim Kjellberg hit a great ball. Sten Ånger kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Vykans Vikingar's zone, Radoslaw Pilarski stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Olov Wahlnäs came out of the goal and Radoslaw Pilarski tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 29 minutes, Torbjörn Ekblom mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Vykans Vikingar and the A State Of Trance players grew even worse after the yellow card. Olov Wahlnäs took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Radoslaw Pilarski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Olov Wahlnäs showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Radoslaw Pilarski in the 32nd minute of the match. Ingvar Sjögren scored 3-1 in the 33rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Izydor Wyrostek, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 36 minutes into the match, A State Of Trance's goalkeeper Izydor Wyrostek had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Torbjörn Ekblom. 39 minutes into the match, Torbjörn Ekblom notched a goal, 4-1, to the right of A State Of Trance's Izydor Wyrostek. Izydor Wyrostek was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a rather tough play, Vykans Vikingar's Sten Ånger got a free kick in the 41st minute. Olov Wahlnäs didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Radoslaw Pilarski went, in the 42nd minute, to the upper right corner, 4-2 was the resulting score. In the 46th minute, Ingvar Sjögren made a precise shot to the right of Izydor Wyrostek. A State Of Trance's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-2. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 5-2 at half-time.

The wind increased when Radoslaw Pilarski made the kick off in the second half. Izydor Wyrostek didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Sten Ånger went, in the 53rd minute, to the upper right corner, 6-2 was the resulting score. Torbjörn Ekblom was shown his second yellow card after 57 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. After a rather tough play, Vykans Vikingar's Torbjörn Ekblom got a free kick in the 57th minute. Radoslaw Pilarski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Vykans Vikingar getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Ingvar Sjögren hit a great ball. Radoslaw Pilarski recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 70th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 71st match minute, A State Of Trance was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bernard Zawada to maneuver through the defense. Izydor Wyrostek showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sten Ånger in the 76th minute of the match. Izydor Wyrostek didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Sten Ånger went, in the 85th minute, to the upper right corner, 9-2 was the resulting score. The supporters of Vykans Vikingar booed when A State Of Trance was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gwidon Urban didn't get a good kick on the ball. Vykans Vikingar were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of A State Of Trance for a fine match.
